DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We have more than 10years experience in resolving disputes in the most diverse types of legal matters. Based on our observations, disputes may be avoided through contracts that are acceptable for all parties and are drafted clearly. If, however, a dispute arises, it can often be resolved relatively fast and peacefully – in these cases we represent our clients in conciliation and mediation hearings and we assist in preparing the settlement agreement.
