Dr Krisztián András Tivadar

Head of the office

He has nearly 20 years of legal expertise, which he mainly acquired at leading national and international law firms. He founded his own firm in 2004. The priorities of his practice are intellectual property law and dispute resolution. Further, he comprehensively assists companies in their legal matters on a daily basis.

Following his diploma in law, he acquired an “Expert of the Law of the Internet” diploma, an LLM diploma (Corporate and Commercial Law) from University College London, as well as an Industrial Property Expert Diploma from the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office (at that time named as Hungarian Patent Office). He also qualified as mediator.

He regularly publishes articles, primarily in matters concerning intellectual property, data protection. Further, he held several presentations on intellectual property law issues. He assists his clients in Hungarian and English.
