Fourth occasion

Upon SMD Group’s request, we reviewed in August the Chapter on Hungary of the SMD Country Index – an international trademark law database – together with the following trademark guides: Trademark Practitioner’s Guide, Trademark Licensing Guide, Trademark Use Requirements Guide and Grace Periods for Renewals Guide for the fourth time.

The reward of our trustworthiness

This is the third consecutive year that we have contributed to the compilation of the SMD Country Index - an international trademark law database - by reviewing the Chapter on Hungary.

Further, upon SMD Group's request, we have also updated the content of some of their Guides (e.g. on trademark licensing, renewal of trademark protection).

A bit of achievement!

We proudly announce that we had the opportunity to update, upon SMD Group's request, the Hungarian chapter of SMD Country Index also this year.

Further, we have contributed to the revision of the following publications: Trademark Practitioner's Guide, Trademark Licensing Guide, Trademark Use Requirements Guide and Grace Periods for Renewals Guide.

How Far the Stars

We are pleased to announce that, after four years of strenuous work, the documentary "How Far the Stars" has been completed. The film had its world premiere at the 25th Sarajevo Film Festival on 21 August 2019. The Hungarian premiere will take place at the Jameson Cinefest in Miskolc on 20 September 2019.

We are proud to have contributed to the realisation of the film through providing legal background (e.g. creating co-production agreement and other contracts, advising regarding copyright matters).
